Consistently consistent, Elly's has great omelettes and other egg dishes and mediocre everything else. The crepes are very creamy, which is nice. It's extremely crowded and busy and loud whenever I've eaten in the restaurant.
Everything was great. My wife and I went for a late breakfast. Walking in we were greeted by a very nice host. We were seated immediately. The place itself is huge very roomie. Out server was great very tentative. The food was great. I will definitely come back. The place was very clean. They have some gluten free options. Prices weren't bad.
Just showed up on a Saturday morning with a party of 10 with various dietary needs. They were friendly, kind, attentive, and fast! Food was fabulous, we're all full and happy now.

The breakfast was awesome! They had specials which included 2 eggs, bacon, 2 sausages and a brioche French toast for only $10! You can have your eggs cook any way you like, mine was over easy ! The French toast was very tasty, not soggy! The wait staff were very friendly too!
This is a good breakfast spot with a pretty loyal following. The portions are substantial in the price is fair. If you are in the area, this is solid options for breakfast. I don't know what type of ambience I would say it has but it's a pancake house. The service I have received has always been great.
Becky dragged me out here to try Ellys (under New Management now). WOW has this place really turned around! We were greeted by the Manager when we entered and Left the restaurant, and the kitchen service was SO Quick! even the server was surprised how fast we got our food! I got the berry marscapone French Toast and Becky ordered the Morning Sunrise Omlette. Becky was FLOORED by the explosions of flavor in her breakfast! She also got toast with homemade strawberry Jam and loved it! Nothing makes me happier than a Happy Becky. Now onto the french Toast. OH BOY do they need a sweet meter on the menu, like how those Indian restaurants have their little spicy meter peppers. Maybe a symbol of Honey or something. The whole toast/Marscapone/Berry/syrup combo was too sweet for me, but we'll made and delicious. I'm sure we'll come back someday...
